Equipped with Canon EF S 18 - 55 IS II Lens: This camera has a focal length of 18 - 55 mm and 35 mm equivalent focal length of 28 - 88 mm. The aperture setting controls the quantity of light that falls on the image sensor. The Canon EOS camera has an aperture range of f/3.5 - 5.6 when equipped with the 18-55 mm lens. This Canon lens also has Auto Focus feature.

Equipped with Cannon EF S 55 - 250 mm IS II Lens: The 1100D camera offers a focal length of 55 - 250 mm. When the 1100D is mounted with the Canon EF S 55 - 250 mm lens, the aperture ranges between f/4 - 5.6. This lens comes with Auto Focus feature. The Optical Image Stabilizer which makes sure that none of your photographs turn out blurry even at maximum zoom.

Depending on the lens that is mounted, the EOS 1100D can zoom from 1.5x - 10x. The TTL auto focus system offers a minimum focus range of 9.8 inches and focuses on 9 points across the screen.

The ISO ranges from 100 - 3200. The ISO can be increased further up to 6400 in the Auto Mode allowing you to capture outstanding images in various kinds of lighting conditions. The shutter speed ranging from 1/4000 - 30 seconds enables you to take impeccable images of kids and pets playing or of water flowing in a river and other similar situations. Features & Connectivity

The Canon SLR offers various Picture Styles which consist of Standard, Portrait, Landscape, Neutral and others. This camera comes with self-timer which gives a delay of 2 or 10 seconds for you to join your friends for a memorable group photograph. In the Continuous Shooting Mode, the Canon EOS 1100D clicks images at 3 fps in JPEG format, 2 fps in RAW format and 0.8 fps in Fine (RAW + JPEG)format.

The Images are stored in JPEG and RAW formats. When recording movies, the EOS 1100D stores videos in MOV format. You can easily transfer images and videos from the Canon SLR camera to your PC or laptop using a USB 2.0 cable.
