The house of Canon strives to please both beginners and professionals with the recent addition to its arsenal of cameras. The S100 belongs to the point and shoot series of cameras by Canon. This camera is ideal for landscape and architectural photography, as it has a wide angle lens with a focal length of 5.2 - 26 mm. This translates to a 35 mm equivalent focal length of 24 - 120 mm.

This sleek camera has a 5x optical zoom and 4x digital zoom, which gives you a combined zoom of 20x. This range takes you infinitely closer to your subjects, letting you take detailed images of your friends and family. The CMOS sensor of this point and shoot camera enables you to take images at 12.1 megapixels.

This compact camera is exceedingly small for the features it packs, weighing a mere 198 g. The camera has a slight build that will easily fit in your pocket or a small bag.
