With a focal length of 5 - 40 mm which translates to 35 mm equivalent of 28 - 224 mm, the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FH25 lets you capture a wide angle view of the world.

For subjects located at a distance, the Lumix digital camera's LEICA DC VARIO-ELMAR lens has an 8x optical zoom and an additional 4x digital zoom. The CCD image sensor inside this camera lets you take splendid snapshots at 16.1 megapixels. You can record those fleeting moments as high quality HD video at a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels (24 fps).

Fashionable and pocket-friendly, this compact digital camera from Panasonic weighs merely 152 g. The clutter-free back panel houses important buttons like the Mode buttons and a 5-way multifunction key. The Lumix DMC-FH25 camera also lets you easily toggle between video recording and playback with a flick of the selector switch.

At the core of functioning is the Venus Engine VI Image Processor which shoots images and record videos on this point and shoot camera. You can shoot images in multiple aspect ratios of 4:3, 3:2 and 16:9 as per your requirement. The pleasurable Live View experience on the Panasonic DMC-FH25 is thanks to 2.7 inch TFT LCD Screen with a resolution of 230,000 dots.

Battery and Storage

The Panasonic Lumix digital camera has an inbuilt memory of 70 MB which can be expanded using a SD, SDHC or SDXC memory card. To further increase space in the memory card, you can transfer images and videos to a PC or laptop using high speed USB 2.0. The DMC-FH25 point and shoot camera runs on a rechargeable Li-ion battery pack that lets you click up to 250 images when fully charged.

You can join family and friends in huddle photos by setting the camera to a self-timer which will release the shutter at 2 or 10 seconds.
