The Micromax Van Gogh is a Dual SIM (GSM+GSM) phone featuring a 2.4 inch QVGA display. The highlight of the Van Gogh X450 is the dockable Bluetooth headset that invisibly blends into the phone's back panel. The innovative design negates the hassle of charging the headset independently and any chances of misplacing the headset. The headset requires a one-time pairing with the X450 after which it auto-detects the phone.

The Micromax X450 measures 116.7 x 52 x 20.3 mm and sports a glossy matte finish front. The rear panel is doused in a striking yellow that is reminiscent of Van Gogh's Sunflower paintings. The 2 megapixel camera on the Van Gogh X450 supports multiple shoot modes and video recording. The Micromax Van Gogh is pre-installed with eBudyy app and supports access to social networking and chat clients like Facebook, Gtalk, Twitter and Yahoo! Messenger. The phone supports the Opera Mini 4 web browsing client.

The music player on the Micromax X450 supports MP3, MIDI, AMR, WAV, AAC and AAC+ formats while the video player plays 3GP formats.
